MY COMPANY initially started service and supply of building materials to Housing projects, we observed that projects more profitable projects for builders, this type housing/flats purchase heigh income group employees only. we observed closely that projects low- income group employees no one can afford that time, we think something to do low-income group employees/ peoples so Started Affordable housing projects.
My idea in over cross competition
We amplify impact by tackling critical market to construction projects. Through in-country partnerships, disruptive technologies and strategic influencing, we construction material purchase methods changes in policy, regulation and finance to transform markets at scale. These span the entire value chain, from influencing local planning policies and driving down construction costs, to leveraging green investment and enabling people on low incomes to access affordable housing projects for the first time.
Already we are in Building materials trading and manufacturing, service sector so we profit gain this sector, little bit profit transfer to Affordable housing projects automatically project cost decrease. that’s why we ahead of the over cross competition.
Helping to the society
Any common people one of the Dream In life cycle procure home, ANANDANA INFRATECH focuses on providing to low-income people with a world class LIVING conditions with a budget that fits under their budget and their approach is clearly reflected from my PROJECTS, little changes in the society, NATIONAL ECONOMIC GROWTH THROUGH INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTION and create more jobs and decrease un employment and directly and indirectly push up to MSME growth.

In 3 years, I would be still working with my company in a same role or gain an advancement to a higher level. I would be the respected member of the team how seen as trust worthy, reliable and capable of doing a great job on time and to a higher standard.

We started one of the sister concern skill development center AIT LEARNOVATIVE TECHNLOGIES (ANANDANA WELFARE AND EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY) This center aim skilling and reskilling my organization employees and unemployed youth . after training completed, we select merit candidates provide employment in my organization and my associate companies.
